HR Data Analyst
Main duty:
Calculate and analyze labor cost for various projects.
Develop and maintain dashboards or/and reports to track key HR metrics, labor cost models and forecasts.
Collect, analyze workforce data and generate insightful reports to support decision-making.
Ensure data accuracy and compliance with labor laws and data privacy regulations
Your experience and skill:
Graduated from College and above
Good english communication
Proficiency in Excel and HR software; strong data visualization skills
At least 2 years of experience in HR analytics or data analysis (e.g. labor cost analysis & forecast)
Understanding of labor laws and HR
