About the Job

Job Description :

- Working closely with end-users (Human Resources Team- HR of shoes and non- shoes business companies) to gather, understand their business requirements

- Assisting end-users to define requitments and suggesting/ making ideas/ solutions

- Making function designs, transferring these FDs in to development

- Creating ad-hoc reports by wring PL/SQL in GHCM system

- GHCM daily support & issue resolve

Your skills and experience

- College or University graduated ( Information Technology or Software Engineer)

- Good at Java, JSP, Javascrip is required, good at PL/SQL is plus

- Analytical thinking, systematic thinking

- Teamwork skills (communication, active listening, empathy, responsibility)

- Foreign language: basic English skills. Korean is a plus

- HR field experienced is a plus

-  Others: possible on business trips to other provinces (Can Tho, Tay Ninh...) sometimes
